Consent, handled
We liaise with the local planning authority and any other statutory consultees, then prepare and submit the relevant applications, supporting drawings, assessments and statements, and manage each one through to determination.
Once consent is granted we prepare the Building Regulation application: a construction package of design information for the purpose of achieving Local Authority Building Control approval.
A drawing is not finished until someone has built from it and had nothing to ask.On technical design
